Imagine Your Future Clues from your past can heal you. By CHRISTIANE NORTHRUP, M.D

HEALING ALWAYS INVOLVES releasing the past as we move into the future. If we don’t release the past, we keep re-creating it—and it becomes the future. As we release, it’s also crucial to have a powerful vision of a hopeful and exciting future that draws us forward. For years, I had my patients begin their health journeys by exploring their pasts to find clues to how they were creating their present conditions.
Our cells keep replacing themselves daily, and we create whole new bodies every seven years. So it is not really accurate to say that our pasts are locked in our bodies, though sometimes it seems that way. What is really going on is that the consciousness that is creating our cells is often locked in the past—and that consciousness keeps re-creating the same old patterns via old subconscious nervous system programming. If, however, we can change the consciousness that creates our cells, then our cells and lives improve automatically, because health and joy are our natural state. The easiest and fastest way to do this is to imagine your future self in as much detail as you possibly can. Doing this will assist you through any healing process you’re currently involved in. So before you dive into any resolutions, invite your future vision to accompany you on your journey. If you were in optimal health and truly flourishing, what would your life look like?
This question may be answered in the form of an exercise, with a friend who fully supports you; in writing, without worrying about revising or spelling; or out loud to yourself as you look in a mirror.
Answer the following questions (have your friend ask you the questions one by one, or write for three to five minutes without stopping, or talk to your image in the mirror):
  • If anything at all were possible, quickly, easily, and now, what would your life look like?
  • Who would be in it?
  • What would you be doing?
  • Where would you be living?
  • What would you feel like?
  • What would you look like?
  • How much money would you be making?
Don’t think about these questions before you answer. Pretend you’re a child, creating your life exactly as you want it, no holds barred. How would your life be? Your inner guidance knows exactly what your heart’s desire is. When you open your mouth and remove the brakes—and get the judge out of your head for a minute—your inner guidance will come up with the right answers.
If you need help getting going, imagine back to when you were eleven. What did you love to do? Who were you? Who did you think you would be? Imagine yourself now, telling the world who you are—and who you are going to become. Speak it to your image in the mirror—tell it to a friend or to the wind. Call that eleven-year-old back now. She’s got something to tell you. Take her into the future with you and let her become everything she ever dreamed she would be.
After you have completed the first part of this exercise, imagine that it is one year from today. You have been able to create everything that you wanted, plus more. Everything that you dreamed could come true is now true. You are celebrating and looking back over this phenomenal year. You’ve created all of it almost magically, through the power of connecting with your inner guidance and wisdom. After you feel this scene fully, tell your partner (or your journal, or your image in the mirror) in detail about everything that you’ve created; share how excited you are, and invite her or him to celebrate with you. Keep talking for two to three minutes without censoring yourself. Just let it flow—like a child playing make-believe.1 If you can’t dream up any circumstances for the future, just imagine feeling joyous, light, and happy.
This exercise is extraordinarily simple but very powerful. Part of the reason is that focused thought is what creates the reality around us. It has been said that if you can hold a thought or feeling for at least 17 seconds without introducing a contradicting thought or emotion, then you’ll see evidence of this thought manifest around you in the physical world.
You can change the time intervals by dreaming up your future self one week from now, one year from now, or even at the end of your life. In each case, have your future self look back and take in everything that you’ve accomplished and healed. It’s exhilarating and it will get you in touch with who you really are. I recommend repeating this experience at least four times per year.

Offer No Resistance to What you Do Not want

In the process of manifesting what you want, you also have to offer no resistance to what you do not want. What you resist persist. It’s because you are sending out a contradictory vibration along with your desired intent. When you resist what you do not want, you are not allowing what you want to come to you. To receive your desire, you must send out a single minded intent that vibrates only with your desire. A double minded state creates a duality that prevents you from being fully present in a place.
In a system of One, there is only inclusion and no exclusion. You try to exclude something when you resist it. When you offer a vibration of resistance towards something, you are actually vibrating it into your reality. By trying to exclude something, you actually end up including it. So to be in complete vibrational alignment with your desire, you have to concentrate only on inclusion and not exclusion. Think about what you desire and give no thought to what you do not desire. Hold intention without resistance.
It makes you feel a lot more carefree when you intend for what you want without resisting what you don’t want. That is because, you are able to feel happy about results no matter how small or big when it comes to getting what you want, and yet not be affected when you do not get what you want. The creation process becomes a joy to play with rather than a stress towards getting results. Being able to feel carefree no matter what happens is important because it gives you positive energy to do anything.

Altering Matter and Energy with Effortlessness

Everything in the universe is energy. All matter is energy-in-formation. It is possible to alter the vibrational patterns of energy, even from your physical vantage point, but it requires a fundamental vibrational shift of perception. It is your perception that creates and controls reality. By altering your perception, you can alter reality. Your reality consists of physical things such as matter and energy. Your mind has the power to bend spoons, move objects, dissipate clouds and shift probabilities in timeline events.
You can mentally influence matter and reality. It’s not so much a matter of doing as it is a matter of believing! A belief is a thought or pattern of thought that is continually offered. It is a vibrational signal that is responded to by other energies in the environment around you. If you are able to offer that pattern of energies clearly, purely, and match the vibration of the thing you are trying to shift, you will then be able to ‘ask’ those energies to shift. Magic is communication from the mind to alter time and space.

Using Your Psychic Center for Manifestation

Your subconscious mind will always work in alignment with your self identity. You can use all manifestation techniques but if your self identity is one where you are not a good manifestor, those techniques will lose their effectiveness. All reality creation begins from a place of being. Self affirm that you are a master of manifestation. From the space of being a master, your manifestation powers will be many times greater. You are what you see you are. See yourself as the master and you will manifest like one.
Godliness with contentment is great gain. The main state you want to be in order to be in vibrational harmony with your desires is the state of contentment. It is the state of peace and quietness where you are not in want of anything as though you already have what you desire. Be in the frequency of appreciation. Vibrate gratitude instead of ingratitude. Be happy and feel the joy whatever good you are experiencing in life right now. Godly desires with a state of contentment bring those desires into manifesting.

Your Energy Level Determines Your Luck

By Enoch TanCreator of Secrets of Mind and Reality

Many people think that luck is something that is purely random, unpredictable and difficult to control. That is because they do not know what luck really is. When you are able to know the true definition of luck, you can learn the whole science behind this phenomena and gain control over it.
Luck is another aspect of your reality and perhaps the most powerful and important one. The more conscious and aware you become of the elements of your reality, the more of a conscious and powerful creator you will be.
Your luck is your psychokinetic resonance with the environment you are in. Like everything else, luck is an energy. It is something that is quantifiable not in physical but in nonphysical ways. You can quantify it physically only in terms of its physical manifestations in your life. Luck is dependent on time, place and consciousness.
When you are lucky, you are in mental and emotional resonance with your surroundings.
When you are unlucky, it is the opposite. The level of resonance is the level of your luck.
Luck is also a feeling or emotion because emotion is energy in motion. When you are lucky, you are also feeling lucky. Your feeling is your vibration and therefore you are vibrating luck and feeing it. You feel and experience that everything is working for you when you are lucky.
You feel that everything is working against you when you aren't lucky. A state of vibrational harmony or disharmony with your environment is the whole explanation for this. You either feel that things are in a flow or things are disrupted.
Your energy level determines your luck vibration. At times when you are feeling low of energy, that is also when your luck vibration is at a low point. You are more likely to make careless mistakes, become more accident prone and flop up in some way. When you are feeling high of energy, that is also when your luck vibration is in a high state. You are sharper, clearer and more in the zone. You seem to be able to do amazing things in ways that baffle others to the point that makes you seem very skillful or lucky.
Actually luck and skill are one. The more in energetic resonance you are with your environment, the more your skill will work and the luckier you'll seem. You can always observe that when the best are in action, they always seem to have both their skill and the situation working for them. You can never separate luck from skill because after all, they are both part of the same thing called psychokinetic resonance with the environment. Your skill is your capability of handling the situation which depends on luck.
Once you know that luck is an energy, you can depend on it in that manner. You cannot depend on luck that is considered to be random chance occurrence. You can't depend on such things because they do not exist. A non existent thing cannot be depended upon. Everything that exists is a part of consciousness and can be controlled by consciousness. Therefore luck exist and is fully under your control. Knowing this, you never have to fear of bad luck because you can make all things work in your favor.
Since luck is dependent on energy, you have to pay attention to your level of energy in every moment and take charge of it. When you notice that your energy level is low, be more careful with the things you do especially if they are important. You may make mistakes that usually never happen, and wonder how could you be so unlucky or stupid.
You may realize that every time you have made careless or stupid mistakes that seem to be like bad luck, it was when your energy level was indeed at a low point.
Lack of focus and lack of being adequately present minded also creates bad luck. Do you notice that when you make stupid mistakes in situations, you felt that you were not ready? What do you mean by not being ready? You mean that you weren't focusing properly or fully enough, and you weren't being adequately present minded. The first step to controlling luck is to be present minded. If you want to be lucky, you must put your focus in the activity you are doing. Or else you'd create bad luck and mistakes.
Your level of focus and placing your mind in the present determines your psychokinetic resonance with the environment. Focusing is how you channel energy towards a particular time and place. When your focus is here, your energy is channeled here and you experience luck here. Where you focus is where you generate luck in. That is why the secret of success is focus. Successful people are lucky people because they have more focus than the unsuccessful and unlucky ones. Focus to be a lucky one.
Seek to maintain a high level of energy or vibration at all times. People who experience their luck going up and down throughout the day allow their energy to go up and down. People who experience their luck being consistently high all the time maintain their energy and vibration at a high level. At times when your energy is low, seek to increase it to a higher level again. Do not continue doing any work at a low level of energy because you will tend to make mistakes. Recharge your energy first, then work.
Be aware of negative thoughts and feelings that will bring your level of energy or vibration lower. Positive thoughts and feelings bring your energy level and vibrations higher. Therefore choose to think positive thoughts and feel positive emotions, and you will experience more luck and success in your life. You can also increase your luck when you are more intent of succeeding in a certain situation. Your energy of intent will energize you with the luck you need, and that is why willful intent bends the world to you.

You Can Get What You Want...

Let's make this year the year you get what you want
and turn things around so that you're on the road to success.
So in this newsletter I'm going to outline a few steps
you can take to get your mind and subconscious mind
to bring you what you want easily, so let's get to it.
First think about what you want and focus your
attention on finding solutions, not problems.
When you do this you get your mind and subconscious
mind working to help you get what you want - not what you
don't want.
Next begin applying the process of focusing on what you want,
eliminating negative thoughts, letting go and exploring
new possibilities.
Here's an example.
A few months ago I got a phone call from Debra Gallagher in Boston.
She'd been trying to find the right architect to for a major
project.
Throughout our conversation she kept telling me that
she just couldn't find the right architect and that
there were no good architects, all of them, she claimed
were too expensive.
When I tried to get her to look at things differently and
try a different approach, at first she argued, saying that's
just the way it is.
She believed what she was saying because to her, that was the
truth - it was her reality (which she had actually created
and continued to create).
After a few lengthy conversations and after working with the
techniques I outlined, Debra decided to get clear and
specific on what she wanted.
Then she started directing her mind and subconscious
mind to help her attract and meet the right architect.
She started telling herself: I've found the right architect
at a price I can afford. I know what to do to meet and select
the right architect - the one who fits my needs (then she listed
her qualifications).
A couple of months passed and Debra started to get more
frustrated: "I still haven't found anyone." She would repeatedly
tell me.
I suggested she let go, by taking a break and not actively
searching for a few weeks. She agreed.
This letting go process is a way of telling your
subconscious mind that you trust it - so much that you're going
to stop pestering it for answers and
let it bring you the solution when the time is right.
It's usually the toughest thing for people to do, but if
you do it correctly, you'll see remarkable results.
Just over a week after Debra let go, she called me to tell
me she had found the right architect. They had
reached an agreement and were now working on the initial
drawings. The person came in at a better price than
she expected and was helping her with many aspects
of her project.
How did she meet him I asked?
She explained that she was out taking a break, meeting a
friend for an early dinner and some good conversation.
She said she just needed to clear her head
and taking a break was the only thing she could think of.
While she was waiting for her friend
she ran into another old friend.
They started talking and Debra explained that she
was looking for  an architect.
The friend suggested a contact he had that likely
knew someone (coincidence? Hmmm... I don't think so).
Debra followed up (realizing this was an opportunity being presented).
The friend of a friend got her in contact with an Architect firm.
But that firm was too busy and gave Debra
another contact and that  was the person she went with.
Debra gave her subconscious mind the instructions to help her
make the right choice.
She followed up and took action.
She let go and trusted the process and followed her instincts
by taking a break and relaxing.
She was open to new opportunities and followed up on
the suggestion from an old friend (funny how good things
happen when you're open to possibilities).
Throughout the process she focused on making
the right decisions.
Now I know you're probably not looking for an architect.
But you probably have other goals that you would like to achieve
and other areas of your life that you would like to improve.
Apply this process to those areas and those goals.
Begin directing your mind and subconscious mind to help you
succeed and help you find the right solutions and make the
right choices.
You too can have the same success by following your
intuition and paying attention to the signs along the road.
I've used this process countless times to help me
achieve my success and I continue to work with this
process everyday and it still gets results. Now it's your turn. Visit:
http://www.creatingpower.com/course.htm
How can you get the same results as Debra?
Think of what you want. Then begin doing what you can to
make it a reality.
After a while - take a break - let go by doing something
completely different.
Don't give up - take a break.
When you get an urge to do something that
will help you accomplish your goals, go ahead
but pay attention.
Listen to what others say, listen to what others suggest,
see every little thing that unfolds as an opportunity
to help you achieve your goal (remember: it's not coincidence).
Trust the process.
Trust that you are always being guided to what
you want and that you will get there when you
make it a priority.
Then see what happens. It works.
I've seen it happen so many times.
Start making the right decisions and
discover what you want by directing,
applying and following your intuition. Visit:

“The 7 Steps To Success” For More Joy & Prosperity …and how to make your dreams come true! By Janice Maers The Every Day Joy Coach

THE 7 STEPS TO SUCCESS
1. Use what you DON’T want to clarify what you DO want.
Take a sheet of paper and begin to write sentences beginning with the words “I don’t want…”, and be sure not to censor anything. Just keep writing whatever comes to you. Keep writing until you cannot think of anything else that you DON’T want. Read it over and highlight the most important items on this list. Then, on a new page, write a series of sentences beginning with the words “I want…”, and again, be honest and write down whatever comes to mind. Then choose one thing that you want. Something that you desire passionately and have not yet achieved. Write that on a new page.
2. Identify and eliminate limiting beliefs
Now, write all the reasons you can come up with for why you can’t have the thing that you want so intensely. You know, all those things you have told yourself about why this will never happen for you in your life. It may be subtle or not. But be sure you find it and write it down.Allow memories to surface that may help to explain why you think this way. This step is where you will finish unfinished business by shifting these thoughtsWhen you can’t come up with any more reasons for why you can’t have that, begin to write all the reasons why you CAN and SHOULD have that which you desire so strongly.Act like the opposing counsel in a trial. Convince yourself of why this can be so. Write it all down.
3. Find your “WHY?”
Now in this step, you will define and express very clearly WHY you want what you want. List all the reasons why you want this…and remember we never want anything except for how we think it will make us FEEL to have, do or be it. So find the feeling place of your WHY?This will be the leverage you will use to move yourself, your thinking, your beliefs and your behaviors from NOT having what you want, to having it. A strong, compelling WHY is essential!
4. Establish new positive beliefs and habits
Begin to allow yourself to imagine that you already have what you want so intensely and ask yourself what you would believe about yourself and how you would act if you actually did have it. Spend time every day thinking and acting AS IF you really did ALREADY have it. This will align you vibrationally with what it is you want in a very powerful way.And be very sure to keep your focus on having what you want, NOT on the lack of it. This is very important.
5. Allow--get out of the way
It’s essential that you get out of the way and allow the Universe to work its magic. So once you have spent some time on your desire and new beliefs and habits, go about your business choosing to focus on things that make you happy and raise your vibration, knowing that the HOW of it is up to the Universe, and the Universe will make it happen. Know that it can’t NOT happen if you are well aligned with it.This step asks you to have faith in the way things really work.
6. Receive everything gratefully
Be grateful for everything in your life. Make written and mental gratitude lists. Write thank you notes. Go on a rampage of appreciation. And even when things happen that you don’t like so much, say ‘thank you’ to the Universe, even if you have to add, ‘and I’ll get back to you when I am clear what it is I am thanking you for’. Remember, everything in your life is unfolding perfectly, so you can choose to be grateful for it all now.Gratitude is a very high frequency vibration that will help to keep you aligned with what you want. And it makes you feel SO good!
7. Choose Everyday Joy
This is the last step in this process, and it is potentially the most powerful one.Finding your joy every day, moment to moment is a choice. It is a choice that keeps your vibration so high and clear that it aligns you perfectly with everything that is for your highest good….or something better.Find reasons great and small for joy. Go beyond reason to be joyful. Keep turning your attention and your thoughts to whatever triggers your inner joy. Experience loud and quiet joy. Make it your highest priority. Claim it as your birthright. And know that it is the energy that is the driving force for manifestation and co-creation.Living your joy more and more will ensure that your dreams come true….and fast! And in the meantime, living a joyful life is a success, in and of itself! I hope you enjoy using this process to create the life you’ve always dreamed about. I offer it to you with love and blessings.Know that your passion and your desires are leading you closer and closer to your dreams. Be conscious. Choose carefully. Be joyful and grateful. And watch the magic happen!!Wishing you blessings and the fulfillment of your highest hopes….or better!Warmly,
